Every court you add costs less
Like tax brackets: each court is billed at its band's rate, so adding a court never raises the others. When your venue has both Replay and Broadcast courts, all its courts are counted together, Broadcast courts first.
Annual plans: two months free on every court; minimum $759 a year.

Worked examples
Examples: 3 courts on Replay are 2 at $35 and 1 at $29, $99 a month. 8 courts on Replay are 2 at $35, 2 at $29 and 4 at $24, $224 a month, $28 a court. 8 courts with 2 on Broadcast are 2 at $55, 2 at $29 and 4 at $24, $264 a month. 16 courts on Replay are $376 a month, $23.50 a court.
Founding facilities. The first three facilities, on any plan, get set-up free with a 12-month contract, paid monthly or yearly. The facility buys its own equipment; MAW supplies no hardware. The full terms are in the Terms of Service. Ask about a founding place.
Your players earn you a bill credit. 30% of every PRO and Pro Plus subscription sold with your facility's code, for each subscriber's first 12 months, comes off your MAW bill. The bill never goes below $25 a month after credits; credit above that lapses each month and does not carry over. On an annual plan, credit builds up monthly and comes off your next invoice. Credit is never paid out as cash. See the Terms for how a code counts.
Renewal. Facility plans renew automatically at the price and interval you chose, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. We remind you before every charge. Cancel any time in the facility portal or by emailing support@maw.gg; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Set-up is non-refundable once bought. Refunds follow your facility agreement: see the Refund and Dispute Policy and Cancellation Policy.

Paid plans are for adults 18 and over. Accounts are for people 13 and over, and under-18 accounts are Free only. On Free and PRO, once your month's allowance is used, new clips wait on the venue's PC and upload when your allowance renews on the 1st or when you upgrade, while the venue still has them; nothing already stored is deleted early.

Coach reviews
Players buy a video review from you in coach.maw.gg.
You set an hourly rate and a minimum of at least $15.
- The player pays your rate times the length of the video reviewed, or your minimum if that is higher
- Booking places a hold on the player's card; you have 24 hours to accept, or the hold is released; the card is charged when you accept
- You set your turnaround, up to 14 days from when you accept; a review not delivered by then is refunded to the player in full
- MAW keeps 10%; your share is credited when you deliver and paid once a month, in a batch, when your balance reaches $50; a smaller balance carries to the next month

Event license

What every court includes
MAW Live runs on your own PC at your venue, or on several PCs at one venue. It runs as a Windows service, and replay and recording keep working when the internet drops.
Inputs and scenes
- 2 inputs per court on Replay and on Broadcast. An input is any source switched on: a camera, a screen capture or any other source, live or recording.
- Every court you buy adds to one pool for your venue, used on any cameras and scenes you like. For example, 1 Broadcast court and 9 Replay courts give you 20 inputs and 2 live pictures.
- More inputs on Facility: $10 a month each for your venue's first 2, then $25 a month each. Or add another court. Studio has no extra inputs: add your second Studio court.
- Up to 100 scenes on each PC running MAW Live, on every plan.
- All the PCs at one venue share its pool.
- On your PC, clips, recordings and imports are kept on the PC with no limit but its storage, for as long as you set; takes for 48 hours.
Replay or Broadcast
- Replay is replay only: instant replay, recording, clips, the scoreboard, the court kiosk and control from a phone or tablet. It has no TV or display output.
- Any court TV, display or live stream needs Broadcast.
- Each Broadcast court adds 2 live pictures. A live picture is one scene sent out live, to any number of TVs and streams.
- More live pictures: $20 a month each, for a venue with a Broadcast court.
Studio or Facility?
Studio is the cheapest way to put MAW on one or two courts. Facility costs a little more for two courts and includes much more, and from your third court every court you add costs less.

Which one?
- One court: Studio. Studio Replay is $29 a month; a facility pays at least its $69 minimum.
- Two courts: Facility costs $12 a month more ($70 against $58 on Replay, $110 against $98 on Broadcast) and adds unlimited sign-ins, the facility portal and the bill credit. Four players who buy PRO with your code take $11.99 a month off your bill for their first 12 months.
- Three courts or more: Facility. Studio stops at two courts, and on Facility your third court is $29 on Replay or $45 on Broadcast, and less again from your fifth.
- Moving from Studio to Facility keeps your PC, footage and accounts, and unused Studio time is credited.

Studio comes with free guides, and most owners set it up themselves. If you would like help, a one-hour remote set-up session with us is $99. Support by email is included; hands-on help is the paid session.

Footage goes to MAW's cloud only when a player is tagged on it, and it counts against that player's own storage, never yours. There is no storage to buy. If a player's space is full, the clip waits on your PC until they make room.
On your own PC you can also turn off all uploading and keep and manage all your video yourself. The price stays the same.

Facility: venue minimum, set-up, storage, more inputs and live pictures
Venue minimum
The least a facility pays, however few courts it has: $69 a month, or $759 a year. One minimum per facility, met by all its licenses, on one bill.
Set-up
Optional on every plan: set it up yourselves with the free guides, use a third party, or have us do it. We connect your cameras and set up your scenes and displays, remotely by default: $99 per court with an annual plan, $149 per court with a monthly plan. A visit on site is quoted separately, with travel at cost.

Every Broadcast court adds 2 live pictures. Need another? $20 a month each, for a venue with at least one Broadcast court.
Billing, in plain words.
How do I cancel?
Online or by email, on every plan, and we never hide it. Players cancel in their account settings at play.maw.gg; Studio owners in their account settings; facilities in the facility portal. Anyone can also email support@maw.gg. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; you keep access until then and are not charged again. See the Cancellation Policy.
Will you remind me before you charge me?
Yes, by email and in your account or facility portal, with the date, the amount and a link to cancel or change: 30 and 7 days before an annual plan renews, 7 days and 1 day before a free trial's first charge, and 3 days before each monthly charge.
Can I get a refund?
A new player subscription can be refunded in full on request within 7 days of its first charge, or longer where your local law gives more. Facility refunds follow the facility's agreement, and Studio follows the same rule. Set-up is non-refundable once bought, except a set-up we never perform. See the Refund and Dispute Policy.
How does Pro Plus storage work?
Pro Plus includes 400 GB of clips. Each clip is kept 12 months from upload and then deleted; we remind you 7 days before, so you can download it first. If your storage is full, new clips still arrive, and we warn you that your oldest clips will be removed after 7 days unless you free up space. Players cannot buy extra storage.
What happens to my video if I cancel?
Canceling PRO only returns you to Free; your clips stay, each with its 60 days. If you move from Pro Plus to PRO or Free, clips older than 60 days stay for 60 more days from the change, and we email you when you change and 7 days before any are removed. When a player closes their account or a facility's license ends, its data and video are kept for 30 days so they can be downloaded, and are then deleted.
What if a payment fails?
We retry the payment for 7 days, and your access continues meanwhile. During those days we send reminders and MAW shows a clear banner. If the payment is still not made after 7 days, the license is suspended and MAW stops working entirely. Footage on your own PC stays on it. Paying restores the license at once. A player returns to Free.
Will prices change?
If we change a price, we tell you 60 days before it applies, with reminders 30, 15 and 7 days before. A new price never applies to a period you have already paid for.
What counts as an input?
Any source switched on: a camera, a screen capture or any other source, whether it is live or recording. Every court includes 2 on Replay and on Broadcast. The inputs of all your courts form one pool for your venue, used on any scenes you like. For more on Facility, add extra inputs ($10 a month each for your venue's first 2, then $25) or another court; on Studio, add your second court. You can use up to 100 scenes on each PC running MAW Live.
Which plan puts a court on a TV?
Broadcast. Replay is replay only: replay, recording, clips, the scoreboard, the court kiosk and control from a phone or tablet, with no TV or display output. Each Broadcast court adds 2 live pictures. A live picture is one scene sent out live, and it can go to any number of TVs and stream destinations. More live pictures are $20 a month each. With 1 Broadcast court and 9 Replay courts, any 2 of your scenes can be live at once.
What happens when the internet drops?
On your own PC, replay and recording keep working, and uploads wait until the internet returns.
Do I buy hardware from MAW?
No. MAW sells software, never hardware. You buy your own PC, cameras and screens to MAW's published specifications, and we size them with you first.
How will the charge appear on my card?
As MAW.GG. Payments are processed by Stripe; MAW never sees or stores your full card number.
Where is MAW sold?
In the United States.
Do you sell AI line calls?
Not yet. AI line calls are on our roadmap. The AI add-ons and the event license's AI go on sale only when calls are released with their measured accuracy published.
