Prices exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Paid plans are for adults 18 and over; accounts for people 13 to 17 are Free, have no ads and cannot buy anything.
The PRO free trial
PRO starts with a 30-day free trial. It needs a card, and we remind you 7 days and 1 day before the first charge. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged at all. One trial per person.
Your clips
- Clips are private to you until you share one.
- Share a clip with another MAW player, to watch only; they cannot share it on. You can also send a clip to an email address: the person needs a free MAW player account to watch it.
- To post a clip on a social platform, use your phone's share menu, or download it and share it yourself. Nobody can browse or search for your clips on MAW; only the people you share a clip with can watch it.
- Download one clip or all of them at once.
- On Free and PRO, every clip is kept for 60 days from upload. On Pro Plus, you have 400 GB of clips, and each clip is kept 12 months from upload; we remind you 7 days before, so you can download it first. If your storage is full, new clips still arrive, and we warn you that your oldest clips will be removed after 7 days unless you free up space. Players cannot buy extra storage. Download the ones you want to keep.
- Delete any clip whenever you like.
Upgrade or change plan
Upgrade in your account settings at any time; the new allowance applies at once. If you entered a facility's code at your first paid subscription, that facility earns a credit on its MAW bill; it costs you nothing.
Cancel
Cancel in your account settings, or email support@maw.gg. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and then you are on Free. Canceling deletes nothing at once: your clips stay, each with its 60 days. If you move from Pro Plus to PRO or Free, clips older than 60 days stay for 60 more days from the change, and we email you when you change and 7 days before any are removed. We remind you before every charge: 30 and 7 days before a yearly plan renews, and 3 days before each monthly charge.
Refunds. A new subscription is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of its first charge, or longer where your local law gives more. See the Refund and Dispute Policy.
Close your account
Email support@maw.gg from your account email. We keep your clips for 30 days after the account closes so you can download them, then delete everything. If you are 13 to 17, we delete your information within 15 days of asking.
